Stephen Rozich, formerly of ROYAL AND SUN ALLIANCE/Royal Investment Management Company and Steven Maloy, formerly one of the founding partners of Capital Lease Funding, two names synonymous with the world of CTL Finance. While Mr. Rozich spent 15 years writing credit tenant loans in Charlotte for Royal, Mr. Maloy spent 9 years with Capital Lease Funding as their Director of Origination.

During Mr. Rozich tenure at Royal and Sun Alliance, William Blair funded over $1 Billion of CTL loans during a 7 year association together. That association and the same loan process continue today at Royal Net Lease.

Unlike many of our competitors we provide a dedicated service for debt financing on Credit Tenant Lease Transactions.
