Lease review
Our process begins with a thorough review of the tenant lease to assure that all lease and proposed amendments meet with Schedule D and NIAC guidelines.

Environmental Review
A review by our legal department of the Phase I Environmental is done.

Application
Upon review and acceptance of Lease and Environmental, application is issued.

Rate Lock
Upon acceptance and signing of the application along with application deposit the client is rate locked for transactions under $10m. For loans over $10m the borrowers rate is locked in 3-5 business days.

Closing
The closing time frame for CTL transactions is typically 30-60 days, dependent of the speed in which all the due diligence materials are provided. Because each deal is unique, RNL is capable and prepared to work within each borrower's specific time tables.
